Program Structure
Performance Leadership is a professional development course, delivered over 2 days, including facilitated coursework, break out sessions and premium networking opportunities.
The Victoria University designed coursework focuses on practical learning, with attendees completing a range of facilitated exercises designed to build understanding of the complexities of leadership and in doing so recognize, adapt and improve their own approach to leading teams.
Practical learning is complemented by high performance insights, strategies and stories shared by range of Western Bulldogs guest presenters and business leaders from within our extensive network. These extra Masterclass experiences provide a behind the scenes look at leading in elite sport, and high pressure, performance-driven environments.
Location
Performance Leadership - Melbourne, will be held across at the home of the Western Bulldogs, Mission Whitten Oval in the newly redeveloped Women's Health & Leadership Hub and VU High Performance Centre.
Performance Leadership - Ballarat, will be held at a central Ballarat location and Mars Stadium
