The Western Bulldogs in partnership with VALD Performance are thrilled to introduce the Athletic Performance Summit, a premier one-day conference on Friday August 30th at Mission Whitten Oval. This immersive event is designed for strength & conditioning coaches, students, and allied health practitioners eager to elevate their ability to impact athletic performance.

Featuring keynote addresses, practical demonstrations, and facilitated Q&A sessions, participants will gain insights from industry leaders such as Lachlan Penfold, Lachlan Wilmot, and Hannah Dower. The topics covered will range from advanced programming application & speed development to the impact of physiological factors on female athletes.

The Summit comes after launching an industry first, post-graduate program in 2023 that gives strength & conditioning students from Victoria University un-paralleled learning opportunities and access to the Western Bulldogs High Performance Program.
